Sealed tenders are invited from the Films / Contractors and interested parties for the transportation of Wheat from All PRCs / WPCs of District Sanghar Shaheed Benazirabad Region to District Tharparkar & Mirpurkhas (Other Region), District Umerkot to District Mirpurkhas & Tharparkar, District Mirpurkhas to District Tharparkar (Within Region), & All WPCs of District Mirpurkhas to all PRCs of District Mirpurkhas, & All WPCs of District Umerkot to All PRCs of District Umerkot, WPC Kaloi to PRC Diplo/Mithi of District Tharparkar (Within District) for the period up-to 28.02.2022. The Tender Forms can be obtained from the office of Deputy Director Food Mirpurkhas located at Near Iqbal Petrol Pump, Digri Link Road Mirpurkhas along with terms and conditions of the contract on cash payment of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) as fee (Non-refundable) for each Tender Form during the office hours from 12.04.2021 up to 26.04.2021 (15 days). In such case the pay order of equal amount as a cost of Tender Form shall however be accompanied with the bids. The last date for submission of Tenders is on 27-04-2021 up to 11:00 AM. Each envelope shall contain separately the Financial Proposal and the Technical Proposal. b) Envelopes shall be marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion. 2. Bid security shall be released to the unsuccessful bidders whereas the successful bidders shall have to deposit performance security up to 6% of the contract price. The rate per bag of 101 kg gross should be quoted in the words as well as in figures. Incomplete and conditional offers shall be rejected. The tender received after due date and time will not be entertained. REQUIREMENT FOR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL Copy of NTN showing the bidder as Transport Contractor in its principle activity. ii. Evidence of valid registration with SRB, valid SRB certificate, showing the bidder as Transport Contractor in its principle activity. Three year's experience in transportation field. iii. iv. The transporter is expected to provide source(s) of their own transportation agency in case he do not have his personal transport. Those transport contractors who are already working v. with Food Department, Government of Sindh, shall have to furnish latest performance certificate duly signed by District Food Controller and Deputy Director Food concerned jointly. vi. The Bidders, the authorized company's directors should submit their three specimen signatures on the stamp paper duly verified by the Magistrate. vii. Affidavit as not defaulter and litigation with Food Department, Government of Sindh or other department or firm. viii. Affidavit from the bidder to operate in person the transportation work and not to sublet any other on account of award of contract. ix. Company Profile. Bank statement showing the Financial Turnover of x. Company of last three years not below than Rs. 15.00 (million annually) in compliance of Rule No. 45(1 )(a)(ii) of SPP Rule-2020. xi. The other terms and conditions and the details of works and the amount of Security Deposit in each case are shown in the statement attached with the Tender Form which can be obtained from the office of the Undersigned as well as can be downloaded from PPMS web portal. The Procuring agency may reject all or any bid or proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal, according to the relevant provision of Sindh Public Procurement Rules-2010 (Amendment-2013).
