TENDER NOTICE Sealed Tenders on the basis of MRS are invited from the approved contractors of Irrigation department who have got their names enlisted / renewed in the appropriate category for the fiscal year 2020-21. The contractors/ Firms who desire to obtain blank Tender forms shall have to furnish original documents to the Executive Engineer, Marala Division UCC regarding enlist- ment / renewal of their names with Irrigation Department, Original G.R. for payment of Professional Tax & Enlistment / Renewal fees Renewal of License from Pakistan Engineering Council for the Calendar year 2020-21 and National Tax No. etc. The Executive Engineer, Marala Division UCC / Authorized Officer shall issue the tender after verification of all the documents. The blank tender forms can be purchased up to 26.04.2021 during office hours from the office of the Executive Engineer, Marala Division UCC on the payment of non- refundable Printing Charges mentioned against the each work. Tenders will be sold only to the proprietors of the firms or their authorized agent. No firm shall be allowed to receive / purchase tender forms in the name of any other firm. Earnest Money equivalent 3% of the Bid Cost in shape of Deposit at Call drawn in favor of the Executive Engineer, Marala Division UCC, from any scheduled bank must be accompanied the Tenders, failing which tender will not be entertained. The tenders will be received by the Tender Opening Committee on 27.04.2021 at 1 1 AM to 1 1 AM and will be opened on the same date at 12:00 PM in the office of the undersigned. The tenders must be delivered in person or by the author- ized agents of intending bidders to the tender Opening Committee in sealed envelopes. No tender shall be accept- ed which is received by post or through other means. In case of any dispute, the case will be referred to the Superintending Engineer, Upper Chenab Canal Circle, Lahore whose decision will be final / binding on both the parties. In pursuance of Govt. of the Punjab Finance Department Notification No. RO(Tech) FD 1-2/830/1) (P), dated 24.01.2006 & No. RO (Tech): FD 1-2/83 (VIU) (P) dated: 06.04.2006 if the total tendered amount is less than the approved estimate (DNIT) amount, the lowest bidder will have to deposit an additional performance security from any scheduled bank from 5% to quoted below rates from the technical sanctioned amount within 15 days of issuance of notice / letter of award / acceptance of Tender Rates or with- in expiry period of bid whichever is earlier.
